Design study of four specific areas within new-build hotel in Uptown Greenville: Lobby and Lounge, Patio, Parking Deck Entry Area, and Rooftop Bar

Portfolio I

Portfolio I consisted of research on Hilton Garden Inn and Greenville, NC. As a group, we decided who would design which section of the hotel. I was given the role of the Hotel Lobby and Lounge. We then created a design approach and a project budget.

Portfolio Ii

In Portfolio II, we created concept sketches, spatial concept sketches and perspective views. Then we chose furniture and lighting inspiration as well as an overall color scheme.

Portfolio IIi

Portfolio III, we transformed our sketches into an AutoCAD and Sketchup 3D models and added a reflected ceiling plan. Finally, we chose furniture, fixtures, and window treatments and summed it up in a specification page and final budget. We stayed well under the project budget.
